GUIDING PRINCIPLE
The President of LMS believes “hands-on” implementation and mentoring on the shop-floor is the recipe for success.  Lean principles can be taught in the class-room, memorized and reproduced though discussion, but the bottom line are the results – which starts on the shop floor.  All LMS consultants are experienced, technical change experts with over 20 years of manufacturing expertise.  They have worked on the shop floor as well as held management positions in various manufacturing environments.

RESULTS
Clients only pay for the value they receive.  We clearly define deliverables and do not engage in open-ended projects.  Clients know what they’re going to pay and what value they are going to receive in return before we begin our engagements.
