HOW DO WE DO IT ...

We analyze value streams in your organization to identify and document waste. This is the assessment phase. Phase 2 begins by agreeing to goals and objectives (measurable bottom-line results) based on the assessment phase and what the organization wants/needs. LMS consultants then lead, manage, and implement the changes within the process by becoming part of the organization; working with plant employees - on the floor. Measurables are recorded to document and support the project's goals and objectives, and reviewed with designated plant management on a weekly basis. During the project, LMS teaches, mentors, and engages the entire workforce as they become more efficient.

In short, LMS analyzes value streams, applies Lean Manufacturing Principles to identify waste, create actions to eliminate the waste, then leads and implements the actions utilizing plant workforce - on the plant floor, GUARANTEEING RESULTS.
